Mailroom Associate - Flagship, NYC

Job Title: Mailroom Associate

Reports to: Operations Director

Division: Retail

OVERVIEW

Distribute all inbound and outbound shipments at the retail location.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Receiving and systemically documenting all inbound packages from UPS and armored carriers.

Coordinating the pick-up & delivery of packages with the appropriate internal departments.

Sort and distribute mail accordingly.

Point of contact for all incoming and outgoing packages & carrier services.

Preparing and sending merchandise orders and packages.

Functions of the company Messenger and dictate his/her daily endeavors.

Perform messenger and delivery services when needed.

Additional duties based on business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

1-3+ years of operations or mailroom experience.

Computer skills.

Ability to lift 25+ pounds.

Team oriented with a positive attitude.

Salary Range: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour.
