About the Role

Central Texas Recruiting is seeking a Controller to lead site-level accounting and financial operations in an industrial environment. This role oversees accounting, cost controls, and financial reporting while supporting operational leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead accounting and financial reporting functions

Oversee cost accounting, budgeting, and variance analysis

Maintain internal controls and compliance standards

Support forecasting, financial planning, and audits

Manage ERP-based reporting and reconciliations

Partner with operations leadership on financial performance

Qualifications & Requirements

Accounting, Finance, or related experience

️ 5+ years in a controller or senior accounting role

Strong ERP, Excel, and financial reporting expertise

Experience in industrial, construction, or mining environments preferred
