Position Overview SPL Group seeks an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Chief Revenue Officer and executive leadership team.

This role is critical to our operations, requiring someone who can manage complex administrative functions, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and ensure seamless execution of strategic priorities.

The Role You will serve as a key support resource for C-level executives, managing calendars, meetings, travel, and special projects.

This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems in a fast-paced environment.

You will work collaboratively with all departments and occasionally travel to support leadership.

Key Responsibilities:Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangementsPrepare meeting agendas, materials, and presentations for executive leadershipCoordinate special projects and initiatives from conception through completionManage executive communications and correspondenceServe as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholdersPrepare reports, analyses, and executive briefingsMaintain confidential information with discretion and professionalismSupport board meetings, off-sites, and other executive eventsManage expense reports and administrative workflowsIdentify process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity Required QualificationsMinimum 5+ years of executive assistant or similar administrative experienceProven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlinesExcellent organizational and time management skillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google WorkspaceStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to exercise discretion and maintain confidentialityProfessional demeanor with strong interpersonal skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred) Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting C-level executives in fast-paced environmentsKnowledge of CRM systems and project management toolsExperience in sales, business development, or logistics industriesEvent planning experienceProficiency with scheduling and communication software Key CompetenciesOrganizational Excellence: Impeccable attention to detail and follow-throughCommunication: Clear, professional communicator across all levelsProactivity: Anticipates needs and takes initiative without being askedDiscretion: Handles sensitive information with professionalismAdaptability: Flexible and responsive to changing prioritiesRelationship Building: Builds strong working relationships across the organization What We OfferCompetitive salary commensurate with experienceComprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k)Professional development opportunitiesCollaborative, fast-growing team environmentClear advancement opportunities
