– New York, NY High level international security company is seeking an Operations Coordinator/Administrative Assistant.
This position fulfills an integral aspect of day to day operations.
The ideal candidate will possess superior interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor and be detail oriented.
Entertainment/production experience preferred.
Individual to possess ability to effectively engage, build and foster relationships with colleagues, officers in the field and have ability to engage in a high paced, evolving day to day operations within the office place.
Job Duties (including, but not limited to):Coordination and scheduling personnel in the field.
One-time events, 24/7 and fluid schedules.Rapidly respond to all client inquiries; to include after hours and weekends.Answering/transferring incoming callsData entry and internet researchMaintaining Office Files/RecordsOffice Support / Administrative Responsibilities Qualifications and Skills:Knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, & Outlook and overall computer literate.Ability to communicate effectively.Ability to follow oral and written instructions.Ability to work well either alone or as part of a team with time sensitive matters.Attention to detail and the capacity to work effectively are essential.
