The school has prepared over 12,000 graduates to lead fulfilling and productive lives and is expanding to serve more students.MHS is seeking aStudent Programs Leaderwith a strong foundation inleadership, strategic program development, and event coordinationto drive student engagement and character development across campus.

This role is pivotal in shaping a positive student culture and fostering leadership skills through innovative programming and collaborative partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Program Leadership: Design, implement, and assess student programs, recreation opportunities, and community events that align with MHSs strategic goals, while fostering meaningful connection, character development, leadership growth, service learning, and nurturing a strong sense of belonging.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with scholastic, residential, and support staff to ensure seamless integration of student programs and community events across all areas of campus life.Culture Building: Champion a healthy student/adult culture that promotes emotional, social, and physical development, empowering students to set goals, overcome challenges, and contribute meaningfully to the school community.Team Management: Lead and develop seasonal staff, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and high performance.Continuous Improvement: Utilize data and feedback to refine programming, ensuring relevance and impact.
