We are seeking candidates for a Sr.

Manufacturing Engineer role.

Compensation for this direct hire opportunity is $108,000-$120,000 per year, plus bonus potential, depending on skills and experience.

What you’ll do as a Sr.

Manufacturing Engineer:Review customer specifications and models for manufacturability; recommend improvements when neededInterpret complex geometry, GD&T requirements, and CMM reports to monitor processesLead automation projects from concept to implementationApply problem-solving methods to resolve design and manufacturing issuesConduct cycle time evaluations and lead tooling reviews with suppliersPerform PFMEA risk analyses and implement error-proofing solutionsUtilize CAD/CAM systems for product and process design What you need to be a Sr.

Manufacturing Engineer:B.S.

in Engineering or technical degree (Machining, CAD/CAM, Automation) preferred; equivalent experience consideredCNC machining experience required3D CAD/CAM proficiency required; automation experience preferredSkilled in MS Excel and WordAbility to manage shifting priorities and complete projects successfullyStrong communication (verbal, written, presentation)Detail-oriented with excellent planning and organizational skillsInitiative and ability to work independently and collaborativelyProblem-solving and continuous improvement mindsetTechnical expertise in CNC machining, CAD/CAM, and automation systems#NewCareerByDoherty What are you waiting for?
