At Percy, we're building new ways to connect talented professionals with meaningful career opportunities at leading companies in the multifamily industry. We're currently seeking a high-performing Leasing Manager to lead leasing operations at a 500+ bed student housing community in Columbus, OH.

This is a prime opportunity for a sales-driven professional who thrives on closing deals and delivering exceptional tours. Located less than one mile from Ohio State University, the property is undergoing a full renovation with completion targeted for May 2026, including complete apartment interior upgrades and amenity space transformation. The right candidate will be the go-to closer on the team, spending their time in the field rather than behind a desk, and will play a key role in the lease-up of a newly repositioned asset.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional property tours and close leases as the top-performing salesperson

Drive occupancy through proactive outreach, lead follow-up, and relationship building

Support leasing operations during a full property renovation and repositioning

Collaborate with property management team to ensure seamless resident experience

Maintain CRM and leasing documentation with accuracy and attention to detail

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience (leasing, automotive, tech sales, or similar fields)

Strong closing skills and comfort with performance-based metrics

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, field-focused role

Passion for student housing and working with college-age residents
