About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Controller to lead our accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and strengthen internal controls. You will manage the month-end close, oversee budgets/forecasts, and support leadership with timely financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

Lead accounting functions: GL, AP/AR, payroll, and financial close.

Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports.

Drive budgeting and forecasting processes.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Manage and mentor the accounting team.

Support audits and tax filings.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred).

7+ years in accounting with leadership experience.

Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting skills.

Excellent analytical and communication abilities.

Proficient in Excel and accounting systems.
