**Job Title: Solid Surface Countertop Fabricator**
**Job Description**
Join our team as a Solid Surface Countertop Fabricator in our solid surface department, where you will engage in the making and finishing of high-quality countertops.
**Responsibilities**
+ Fabricate and finish countertops using various materials such as granite and quartz.
+ Utilize hand and power tools to ensure precise and high-quality finishes.
+ Read and interpret blueprints to guide fabrication and installation processes.
+ Participate in the remodeling and installation of countertops as needed.
+ Ensure that all projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in countertop finishing and fabrication.
+ Proficiency with hand and power tools.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Familiarity with materials such as granite, quartz, and wood.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in carpentry, flooring, or woodworking.
+ Experience in home remodeling or building is advantageous.

**Work Environment**
The work takes place in a clean, warehouse-like environment that is climate-controlled. However, due to dock doors, the facility can be cold in winter and hot in summer. Employees are expected to dress according to the weather and wear closed-toed shoes. The standard shift is Monday to Thursday from 5 AM to 3:30 PM, with potential overtime on Fridays and occasional Saturday shift.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, OH.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
