About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Manufacturing / Industrial Engineer to join our Manufacturing Engineering team. This role focuses on improving how work gets done on the shop floor—making processes safer, faster, higher quality, and more efficient.

What You’ll Do
Manufacturing & Process Improvement
Design and improve manufacturing processes, equipment layouts, and factory workflows
Optimize production flow to improve safety, quality, and throughput
Develop and maintain standardized work and labor standards
Support model mix and production capacity optimization
Continuous Improvement & Lean
Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives (6S, standardized work, kaizen, problem-solving)
Coach teams on Lean principles and best practices
Support manufacturing transformation and Lean implementation projects
Analysis & Reporting
Analyze production schedules, workflows, and labor content
Track equipment and process performance
Prepare reports, documentation, and data insights for ongoing projects
Develop cost analysis and financial justification for new processes or improvements
Systems & Automation
Identify opportunities to move from manual to automated processes
Research and support deployment of manufacturing and business systems
Ensure new processes are scalable for future production needs

Solid understanding of manufacturing and production processes
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field (preferred)
Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
Hands-on experience with Lean / Continuous Improvement methodologies
Experience in production system or factory layout design
Proficient with Microsoft Office and CAD tools (AutoCAD or similar)Company Description
