Entry Level Agile Business Analyst (Remote)

JOB DESCRIPTION

The entry level Agile Business Analyst role is responsible for delivering business analysis service for multiple projects. The candidate is expected to elicit and gather requirements, analyze existing business processes, and promote collaboration among stakeholders. Ensure that requirements are clearly identified and documented. The person will work within a diverse project team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide business analysis for traditional waterfall and/or Agile projects.

Serve as the liaison between the business stakeholders and technical team.

Create epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Agile projects.

Create Business Requirements Document (BRD) outlining key business needs.

Analyze the current “as-is” and future “to-be” business process and identify gaps.

Adhere to key agile principles and attend agile scrum ceremonies.

Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and create UAT test scripts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

A bachelor's degree with a major in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, History, Psychology, or other related discipline is preferred.

Proven problem solving, analytical, documentation, and critical thinking skills.

Good oral and written communication skills.

Basic computing knowledge.

Hands-on industry standard training experience

Training start date: Thursday February 5th, 2026 (starts 6pm EST)

3 days training schedule (Thursday, Friday 6pm – 8pm and Saturday 10am – 1pm EST)
