Responsibilities includes but not limited to::
* Support the Executive Chef in overseeing kitchen operations
* Manage daily food preparation and service in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
* Supervise and lead kitchen staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to standards set forth by Culinary team
* Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation in alignment with brand standards
* Assist with menu planning, development, and execution of specials and seasonal offerings
* Monitor inventory, control food costs, and minimize waste through effective kitchen management
* Ensure kitchen safety, sanitation, and cleanliness in accordance with local health regulations
* Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff; foster a positive and professional work environment
* Step in for the Executive Chef in their absence to maintain seamless operations
* Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
* Communicate effectively with team members and ensure high productivity is a main focus
Requirements:
* Culinary degree or equivalent professional training strongly preferred
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
* Excellent culinary skills with a creative and quality-focused mindset
* Proficient in kitchen operations, inventory management, and food costing
* Deep understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
* Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
