Machine Operator

The Greer Group is hiring an experienced Production Operator for our Automotive client located in Sanford, NC. This is a temp to hire position, with growth opportunity's. Once hired on your pay will go up to $20/hour! This is a weekend shift, Friday-Sunday, 6: 30 am-6: 30 pm.

C Shift: Friday-Sunday, 6: 30am-6: 30 pm.

Pay: $18/hour-$19.35/hour depending on experience.

Must train on A shift, which is Monday-Thursday, 6: 30am-5: 00PM. Then will switch to weekend shift.

Job Description:

Operate semi-complex equipment and machines, prioritizing routine tasks to improve efficiency and adjusting multiple related variables to resolve production problems.

Carry out TPM checks and activities following close instructions.

Perform inspection of finished products for any defects or issues.

Repetitive movement involved to carry out changeovers of one or more equipment.

Reading blueprints to follow directions.

Adjusting machinery to meet standards.

Identify machine issues, and perform light maintenance.

1-2 years experience in machinery or manufacturing.

Must be ko with working in a non controlled temperature.

Ok with lilting up to 50 pounds, and repetitive movement, being on feet all day.

Must pass a background check and drug test.

Must provide proof of education.
