Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift Emergency Department contract requiring a current MO or compact RN license and at least one year of recent ED experience.
Responsibilities
Work in the Emergency Department of an acute care hospital
Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
13-week assignment
May be eligible for blocked scheduling depending on facility needs
Patient population includes emergency and acute care cases
Up to 5 days of requested time off allowed, must be made up during the assignment
Local candidates within 50 miles may be subject to local contract rules and restrictions
Subcontractor staff residing within 50 miles are limited to three consecutive 13-week local contracts, after which a one-year separation or transfer outside the 50-mile radius is required
Requirements
Active MO or compact RN license at the time of consideration
Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Department RN experience required
Certifications must be valid with no expirations within the first 30 days unless renewal is scheduled
Valid U.S. Social Security Number required
No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
