SampleManager LIMS Business Analyst - (Contract) - Central Ohio

Leading consultancy seeks a SampleManager LIMS Business Analyst with a minimum of 4+ years' experience local to the Central Ohio area for an onsite 6-month contract opportunity. This person is required to have experience serving as Business Analyst and Coordinator for a SampleManager LIMS project and must reside local to Central Ohio. Additionally, this requires prior business analysis within regulatory environments to gather and author business requirements and design workflows. Expertise authoring other documentation is also required to include functional requirements and specifications, User Cases and Use Stories, As-Is vs To-Be documentation, and much more. Contract offers a 6-month W2 paid onsite contract with possible extensions.

Benefits

Pay between $55/hr. to $100/hr. W2.

Requirements

Must be a W2 paid employee.

Bachelor's degree in life/computer sciences or related area.

Located local to Central, Ohio with the ability to be onsite 5 days a week.

4+ years IT project coordination, systems analysis, and delivery support.

1+ year of SampleManager LIMS project experience.

Exposure to IT governance, validation, and vendor management models.

Prior expertise supporting internal and external parties for IT initiatives within regulated diagnostics, life sciences, or medial technology environments.

Responsibilities

Supporting Sr. Project Manager to help oversee and deliver technology initiatives within regulated environment.

Assisting as part of the IT team in leading projects delivered by third party consultants.

Coordinating, supporting governance, and overseeing quality, while supporting both business analysis and project management activities.

Ensuring plans, requirements and deliverables (both internal/external) are aligned with business requirements, IT standards, regulatory needs, and validation standards.

Serving within Waterfall environment, to liaise between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external contractors, in support of compliant delivery, while setting clear expectations with all levels of personnel.

Liaising with internal IT, stakeholders, quality, lab, and manufacturing teams to ensure requirements are understood and processes are built to justify business needs, while updates and timelines are properly set along the way.

Working with third-party consultants to ensure work is properly completed and timelines are communicated.
