Computer Systems Analyst (1171197)

Analyze our customers’ and company’s business requirements. Design solutions for our logistics management systems consisting of our Unified Freight System, Warehouse Management System, On-line Tracking System and Reporting System. Study our company’s current computer systems and find solutions that are more efficient and effective. Analyze the efficacy, practicalities, dependencies, and real-time responsiveness of our logistics management systems, which are utilized by our organization within its broader range of logistics and supply chain management services. Optimize our information systems by bridging our business and information technology sectors together by studying the needs and limitations of both. Provide economical and feasible business solutions in developing and applying strategies in our organization’s business plan to further serve the international markets with cargo services and logistics management. Research emerging technologies to determine if they can increase our company’s efficiency and effectiveness. Prepare analyses for management’s consideration of system upgrades. Create methods for adding new functionality to our existing computer systems. Create reports as per company's business requirements. Conduct testing to ensure systems work as designed. Train system’s end users.

One year of experience as a Systems Analyst. Must have at least 6 months experience working with multinational logistics application systems.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Information Technology & Management, or a related field of study.
