General Manager 1 - Environmental Services / Custodial

Role Overview:

Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 1 - Environmental Services / Custodial to support a large retail client in Lebec, CA. Sodexo provides our corporate service partners with a diverse range of food services and integrated facilities management possibilities. provide local account leadership and strategic direction to the on-site Environmental Service exempt and non-exempt level staff (client and/or Sodexo employees) in the delivery of Sodexo Environmental Service programs

direct business practices in order to uphold the Company mission and values and commitments made in the Sodexo/Client contractual agreement

establish a safe work environment for clients/customers/staff

develop, administer, and monitor Sodexo and/or Client budget performance

develop and utilize performance metrics to assist with problem analysis and development of action plans and solutions What We Offer:

Bilingual, fluent in Spanish

leaders who develop and motivate a team to exceed the expectations of clients and customers in service and the technical execution of a housekeeping system

expertise in building and maintaining strong customer/client relationships

strong leadership skills and can work independently to drive program compliance and reach project target dates of completion

ability to analyze data, present, and effectively communicate to all levels within the organization related to training, leading committees, and change management

experience effectively managing projects within agreed upon timelines
