In this role, youll be a key part of preparing, grading, and finishing dirt surfaces for commercial and infrastructure sites.

Youll partner with equipment operators and site supervisors to keep projects safe, efficient, and built to specification.Position Requirements: Site preparation: Assist in grading, leveling, and compacting soil for construction projects.Equipment support: Work alongside operators of bulldozers, graders, and skid steers.Manual labor: Shovel, rake, and move dirt and materials as needed.Safety compliance: Follow all company and OSHA safety guidelines.Team collaboration: Support crew members and supervisors to meet project deadlines.Experience: Prior construction or dirt crew experience preferred but not required.Physical ability: Capable of lifting 50+ lbs, standing for long periods, and working outdoors in varying weather.Work ethic: Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.Safety awareness: Knowledge of basic construction safety practices.Drivers license: Valid license and reliable transportation required.Must be Drug-FreeQualities We Value: Ambitious to learn new skills, eager to growHelpful, supportive, team playerPositive attitude and strong work ethicRespectful, humble, and a good listenerProblem solver with a flexible mindsetSelf-motivated and dependableAvailable Benefits: 401k with company matchHealth, Dental & Vision InsurancePaid Holidays PTO Job DetailsLocation: Gilbert, AZSalary range - $22+/hr (DOE)Schedule: 10 hour shifts M-Th with occasional overtime.
