Associate Planning Manager

We are seeking an Associate Planning Manager to be responsible for supply planning to ensure stock availability & supply continuity as per requirement from customers, bringing the goods from supplier/intercompany abroad to Indonesia and distributing to customer. May direct and coach subordinate to ensure supply continuity, import-export arrangement as per local regulation. Other areas of responsibility could include, but are not limited to, one or more of the following: sourcing & purchasing goods & services, vendor approval, purchase order authorization, ensuring adherence to import-export schedule, and identifying/correcting potential supply problems and solutions.

Requirements:

Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field of study

Min 5 years experince of Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing experience and min 1 year in leading others

Familiar with import-export processes with strong track record on dealing with customs operation

Ability to ensure stock availability through robust inventory management & supply continuity to fulfil customer needs

Able to provide input to the creation of a strategic roadmap and be responsible for execution

Proficiency with an ERP, advanced planning system, analytical system or equivalent

Experience in ERP SAP is a must
