THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Learning and Development Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with stakeholders to ensure the efficient operation of our learning management system. Your responsibilities will include publishing courses, managing user access, addressing learner concerns, generating insightful reports, maintaining data integrity, and enhancing processes to elevate the learner experience. Additionally, you will support the broader Talent Management and Learning Team, providing an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in program support and facilitation.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Create and deliver engaging e-learning courses, workshops, and training sessions tailored to our organizational needs.
Offer administrative support for Leadership Development programs and additional training initiatives, including new hire orientation.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Learning Management System by managing content, tracking learner progress, producing reports, and resolving user issues.
Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to identify knowledge and performance gaps and develop customized training solutions that meet business requirements.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE
A degree in human resources or a related field is preferred, but candidates without a degree are also encouraged to apply.
1-2 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, or training coordination.
Hands-on experience with a Learning Management System or similar platforms.
Familiarity with Workday is a plus.
A strong interest in evolving into a facilitator role.
Foundational knowledge of adult learning principles.
Prior experience in Instructional Design and Content Creation is preferred.
Experience with design tools such as Articulate 360 and video editing software (e.g., Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro) is advantageous.
Background in supporting the design and delivery of both technical and non-technical learning programs.
Exceptional organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines accurately.
General understanding of human resources practices, functions, and procedures.
PAY TRANSPARENCY
The estimated base pay range for this position is $59,000.00 to $80,000.00. You may also qualify for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based on performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered will vary based on skill level, experience, and/or education.
