Position Summary:

As an ICU Registered Nurse at Premium Health Staffing, you will play a vital role in the care of critically ill patients. Your clinical expertise and ability to make quick, informed decisions will directly impact patient outcomes in a high-acuity setting.Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.

Monitor vital signs and administer medications as ordered by physicians.

Perform advanced patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.

Educate patients and their families about healthcare procedures and post-ICU care.

Document patient care accurately using electronic health records.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff training programs.

RequirementsQualifications:

Valid US Passport

Current and valid RN license in the state of practice.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU or critical care setting.

Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) required.

Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

Benefits

Compensation:

•$70/hr

•$105/hr (OT)
