What You Can Expect

As a Project Coordination Analyst, you will provide essential scheduling, documentation, and coordination support to ENGIE’s Capital Projects team at the Ohio State University. The role ensures that all meetings, reports, and project workflows are managed efficiently to facilitate the timely execution of projects within ENGIE’s Capital Projects portfolio from ideation the stage to project completion. You’ll be an essential member of a team ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget—while maintaining the highest standards of quality, governance, and stakeholder satisfaction.

The projects you support—ranging from lifecycle renewals to major expansions and modernization efforts—will strengthen the University’s energy resilience, reliability, and sustainability for future generations.

No two days are the same. You’ll bolster the effectiveness a multidisciplinary team of project managers and construction professionals, interface with University and ENGIE leadership, and drive continuous improvement across all delivery processes.

Essential duties include the following:

Responsible for scheduling audit, design, pre-construction, and construction meetings across the Capital Projects program

Maintain and revise as necessary the process and reporting templates for all project phases

Perform regular site visits to ensure Contractor work complies with ENGIE standards

Support outage and excavation permit requests in a manner to minimize disruptions to campus operations

Coordinate all activities between ENGIE, Contractor and the university related the execution of assigned projects

Carries out other duties as assigned

Demonstrate a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

Minimum 1 years of experience in project coordination, planning, or construction administration

Familiarity with project scheduling and documentation management in a technical or construction environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Additional Details

This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy

Must be available to travel domestically up to 10% of the time

Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies

Involves fieldwork across active construction sites

Requires strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills in a dynamic environment

Compensation

Hourly Range: $27.40 - $34.00 USD hourly

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
