Senior Electrical Engineer
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and developing electronic hardware and firmware for a variety of applications, particularly in the field of digital advertising and communications. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet client needs while ensuring high standards of quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and testing of electrical and embedded systems.
Create and review PCB layouts and schematics using Altium and other design tools.
Develop firmware for microcontrollers and embedded systems, with a focus on C programming.
Design and implement analog and digital circuits, including power circuits and high-speed interfaces.
Conduct design validation tests (DVT) and troubleshooting of hardware components.
Collaborate with software engineers to integrate embedded software with hardware.
Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure designs are manufacturable and cost-effective.
Research and recommend new technologies to improve product performance and reliability.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on PCB and hardware design.
Proficiency in Altium and experience with PCB layout.
Strong knowledge of microcontrollers, including PIC, and embedded software development.
Experience with communication protocols such as PCIe, Ethernet, USB, I2C, and UART.
Solid understanding of digital and analog circuit design principles.
Familiarity with FPGA development and high-speed digital design.
Experience in the digital advertising or communications industry is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
