Executive Assistant (C-Suite Support)

Compensation: $90,000-$120,000

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced, highly polished Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to multiple C-suite executives within a rapidly growing and dynamic organization in Columbus, Ohio. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment while handling complex and confidential information.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a demonstrated history of managing senior-level executive support, prioritizing competing demands, and serving as a trusted partner to leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to multiple C-suite executives, serving as a strategic partner and gatekeeper.
Manage complex and shifting calendars, coordinating internal and external meetings, appointments, and events.
Prepare executive reports, presentations, correspondence, and briefing materials with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense reports.
Anticipate executive needs and proactively identify solutions to optimize efficiency.
Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information and executive communications.
Support leadership with project coordination, meeting follow-ups, and action-item tracking.
Serve as a liaison across internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders.
Assist with board-level preparation, including materials, scheduling, and logistics.
Organize and support executive leadership events, offsites, and team meetings.
Manage high-volume email communication and prioritize messages for executive attention.
Help drive efficiency by improving administrative workflows and implementing best practices.Qualifications
5+ years of dedicated Executive Assistant experience, including support for C-suite or senior executives.
Proven ability to manage multiple leaders with differing priorities.
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive-level polish.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
High degree of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with productivity or scheduling tools is a plus.
