HRSI is looking for Manager HR & Admin for one of its leading client.
Key Responsibilities – HR
-Recruitment support: screening CVs, scheduling interviews and assisting in hiring
-Employee on boarding and documentation
-Maintaining staff records, leave and attendance tracking
-Supporting performance management and staff communication
-Handling HR-related emails, notices and letters
-Assisting in exit interviews and final settlements
Key Responsibilities – Administration
-Supporting administrative operations at Head Office and daycare centers
-Coordinating purchasing of supplies in liaison with Accounts and Operations
-Assisting with staff movement, transfers and center requirements
-Maintaining records, files and compliance documents
-Supporting HO management with coordination for operations
-Well-organized and detail-oriented
-A good communicator with people-handling skills
-Proactive and solution-focused
-Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
-Comfortable working in a growing, fast-paced organization
--Willing to travel within Karachi (when required)
-Passionate about building systems and supporting people
-Ready to work with commitment and ownership
