How You'll Help Us Connect the World:
Utility Operations
Operate and maintain plant utility systems including:
HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, cooling towers, Air conditioners)
Electrical systems (HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, UPS, PDB, LDBs)
Process water and distribution systems.
Compressed air systems and dryers.
Water systems (RO, softeners, STP/ETP)
Ensure uninterrupted utility supply to production lines.
Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
Troubleshoot utility-related issues affecting production and minimize downtime.
Maintain equipment history and performance records.
Facility & Infrastructure Maintenance
Maintain plant buildings, production areas, warehouses, utilities block, and office facilities.
Oversee civil, plumbing, lighting, drainage, and fire protection systems.
Coordinate minor projects, modifications, and shutdown maintenance activities.
Documentation & Compliance (Manufacturing Standards)
Prepare and maintain documentation such as:
SOPs, work instructions, and maintenance procedures
Preventive maintenance schedules and checklists
Equipment history cards and utility log sheets
Ensure compliance with ISO, EHS, and statutory requirements.
Support internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections.
Participate in root cause analysis (RCA), CAPA, and continuous improvement activities.
SAP PM & Maintenance Planning
Creation and closure of maintenance notifications and work orders
Preventive maintenance planning and scheduling
Equipment master data and functional location maintenance
Breakdown analysis and maintenance reporting
Vendor & Contractor Management
Coordinate AMC and service contracts for utility equipment.
Supervise contractor work, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
Validate service reports and update maintenance records in SAP.
Energy, Cost & Continuous Improvement
Monitor energy, water, steam, and compressed air consumption.
Implement energy conservation and cost reduction initiatives.
Support TPM, OEE improvement, and reliability enhancement programs.
Required Qualifications for Consideration:
Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics/Industrial Engineering.
5–8 years of utility and facility maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Hands-on experience with SAP PM is mandatory or strongly preferred.
You Will Excite Us If You Have:
Hands-on experience with HVAC systems, electrical distribution, and facility utilities
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience with preventive or predictive maintenance programs
Familiarity with BMS, or building automation systems
Knowledge of safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance requirements
Experience working with vendors and service providers
A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership
Interest in energy efficiency, sustainability, and continuous improvement
