Project Engineer

Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily site activities, managing workers, and ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day site operations and workforce

Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, instructions, and quality standards

Monitor material usage and report shortages

Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors

Maintain site discipline and safety practices

Track daily progress and report status to Project Engineer/Management

Check workmanship and ensure proper installation

Maintain site records, attendance, and basic documentation

Support inspection, testing, and handover activities

Required Skills

Strong supervision and team handling ability

Basic understanding of construction/electrical/mechanical drawings

Knowledge of site safety practices

Good communication and coordination skills

Problem-solving and time management

Qualifications

ITI / Diploma /Electrical Engineering

5-7 years of site supervision experience preferred
