Counselor - Feasterville, PA (Full-Time)

Community Service Foundation (CSF) and Buxmont Academy are seeking a full-time counselor to join our Feasterville, PA campus. Our counselor role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting adolescents through relationship-based guidance, restorative practices, and structured accountability in a small, supportive school environment.

As a counselor, you will work closely with students and staff to foster emotional growth and positive behavior. Our small campuses have low student-to staff ratios and emphasize compassion, structure, and high expectations. Come work in a collaborative, team-oriented setting!

Buxmont Academy has six campuses across southeastern Pennsylvania. They are built around a shared commitment to academic and emotional growth for every student.

Schedule & Compensation

Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8AM - 4PM

No evenings or weekends

Starting salary: $34,500/year (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities

Support a positive school culture using restorative practices and social-emotional learning

Provide daily behavioral and emotional support through individual meetings, interventions, and relationship-building

Facilitate group sessions, community circles, and structured activities

Maintain accurate student documentation and progress records

Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, education, or a related human services field

Experience working with adolescents in educational, behavioral health, or youth serving settings

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to remain calm, professional, and consistent in high-stress situations

Experience with restorative practices or alternative education environments preferred.
