Bank of Kigali (BK) Plc hereby invites bids from qualified local, regional and international bidders for the provision of Cisco Catalyst 9000 Series Switches.

Bid submissions with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than the 13th/02/2026 at 3:30pm with subject line “PROVISION CISCO CATALYST 9000 SERIES SWITCHES.” and bids will be sent online on ERP link that will be shared. Guidelines for online bids submission will be sent separately to your company’s email.

Clearly state the price proposals, delivery period and payment terms. Provide a partnership certificate with Cisco and references of similar assignments. Provide detailed company profile, Company registration certificate, a valid trade license and Tax Clearance Certificate.
