Role : Senior Civil Engineer

Location: Cold Spring, NY Avg. Salary: $110K+ (DOE)

We are hiring a Licensed Senior Civil Engineer for a well-established Land Surveying & Engineering firm with 50+ years of success, located in Cold Spring, NY, along Metro North’s Hudson Line—just outside NYC.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare engineering reports, permit applications, and CAD design drawings

• Design site plans, grading, utilities, and erosion & sediment control

• Stormwater management, roadway, parking, and minor water/wastewater design

• Proposal development, project & client management

• Staff mentoring and technical leadership

• Participate in public presentations and client meetings

Minimum Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering (ABET/EAC accredited)

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)

• Consulting engineering experience

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, and Microsoft Suite

• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
