About the Role
As an Electrical Account Manager with LEI Companies, you will build lasting partnerships with clients while driving sales growth and project success across our Service and Special Projects business unit. You’ll play a key role in estimating, proposing, and developing solutions that keep our customers coming back.
This is a leadership position and requires someone who loves solving problems, mentoring others, and turning client needs into innovative electrical solutions. You will join a team that values integrity, collaboration, and quality, and you will have the tools, flexibility, and support to thrive.
In This Role You Will
Sell Work by creating accurate estimates and proposals that address client needs
Transition Jobs to Operations by leading a quality process that transfers information effectively
Manage Client Relationships by building trust and resolving their issues in a responsive, documented manner
Develop New Clients by networking at social outings and industry events and landing prospecting meetings

Consistently meet or exceed annual sales goals as tracked in the CRM software
Transition projects smoothly from sales to operations (no holes, no scope gaps)
Have clients describe you as responsive, solutions-oriented, and trustworthy

What You Will Need
2+ years in electrical estimating, sales, or operations
Strong communication and presentation skills
Friendly demeanor and of high character
Knowledge of electrical systems and estimating software (Accubid, Viewpoint, MS Office)
Valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR
Nice to Have
Colorado Journeyman Electrician License
Experience leading client accounts or project teams
Familiarity with EOS/Traction systems.
