We are hiring experienced A&P Mechanics for a long-term aviation maintenance opportunity in Tucson, Arizona. This is not a short-term contract—we’re looking for mechanics who want stability, consistent overtime, and a clear path to direct employment.

Position Overview

Location: Tucson, AZ

Facility: 200,000 sq. ft. climate-controlled hangar

Work Scope: Heavy maintenance, C & D checks on regional aircraft

Employment Type: Contract with strong conversion to direct hire

Available Shifts

1st Shift A: Sun–Tues + every other Wed (6:30 AM start)

1st Shift B: Thurs–Sat + every other Wed off (6:30 AM start)

2nd Shift: Sun–Tues + every other Sat off (6:30 PM start)

Compensation

Pay Rate: $37.00/hr

$21.00/hr taxable

$16.00/hr tax-free per diem (40 hrs = $640/week tax-free)

Overtime: Unlimited

OT paid at $43.00/hr

Most mechanics work 52–60 hours/week

Annual Earnings: $100K+ with overtime

Relocation Assistance

30 days of temporary housing provided for relocating candidates

Tools

Basic A&P tools required

Tool list provided; tools must be shadowed initially
