We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Clerk to support the accurate and timely maintenance of our company databases. This position is fully remote and requires a high level of organization, focus, and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
*Accurately and consistently update company databases with current information.
*Communicate with internal team members and external customers via email, chat, or phone to collect and verify required data.
*Enter, review, and maintain data in designated systems in a timely manner.
*Identify, verify, and correct data discrepancies or errors.
*Escalate unresolved issues or inconsistencies to appropriate departments when necessary.
*Adhere to data privacy standards and company policies at all times.
Qualifications and Skills:
*Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role (preferred but not required). Entry Level ok.
*Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Proficiency with computers, online databases, and standard office software.
*Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
