Primary Purpose Perform activities relating to designing, building, testing, implementing and maintaining IT services, portfolios, products, projects and processes under the guidance of a Sr.
IT Services Analyst or Manager.
May assist in the coordination of tasks for subordinates.
Independence level: Works under general supervision.
Role Responsibilities: The Services Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting the IT organization's emergency preparedness and storm response efforts, directly enabling operational readiness for IT personnel across the enterprise.
This position ensures seamless coordination, communication, and resource alignment before, during, and after storm and/or emergency events.
The position will also play a key role in the growth of IT Operational Risk Management (ITORM). * Coordinate storm duty schedules, confirm assignments, and support seasonal planning for storm readiness and incident support.
Provide real-time assistance during declared storms, including training and collaboration with ERMs and BDs.
* Operational Monitoring & Communications: Oversee the EP Services and ITORM inbox and feedback channels, manage backlog items, and provide timely updates during working meetings.
* Lead Detailed Checklist Training, ITORM and IT ERO Office hours, and Post-Storm Review sessions.
Maintain training materials and develop microlearning content.
* Change Management & Content Development: Create and distribute communications, guides, and job aids.
Support planning for newsletters, campaigns, and meeting logistics.
* Maintain IT ERO and ITORM Hubs, SharePoint, and Teams channels.
Assist with system health checks and provide backup coverage for storm roles during weather events.
Note: This is a hybrid position (in-office with remote flexibility). Employees are required to be in office at least three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). No relocation is available and must currently reside within our service territories (IL, PA, NJ, DE, MD or Washington DC). * Position may be required to work extended hours, including 24 x 7 coverage during storms or other energy delivery emergencies (storm duty rotation). Primary Duties * Perform, document, and assist in planning work activities relating to IT service portfolios or products in support of our business partners within the confines of financial commitments.
Assist with IT activities required to manage service level agreements under the direction of a Sr.
IT Services Analyst or Manager.

(10%) * Utilize best practices to improve products and services.
Apply and verify compliance to standards as defined within the Management Model.
(5%) Job Scope * As assigned, work effectively with outsourcing partners * Performs this service in support of (fill in business area i.e.
Energy Delivery, Real Time, etc). Minimum Qualifications * Bachelors degree and typically 2 to 5 years related experience in Information Technology or 6 to 9 equivalent combination of education and work experience in lieu of degree.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel * Knowledge of utility business practices and processes * Strong problem solving skills * Excellent communications skills (written and verbal) Preferred Qualifications * Bachelors degree in Computer Science preferred.
* General knowledge of MS365 products.
Benefits * Annual salary will vary based on a candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and other factors: $85,600.00/Yr.
