What You’ll Do
Prepare and execute menu items to spec
Maintain a clean, organized station
Communicate clearly with the team during service
Assist with prep and breakdown as needed
Follow food safety and sanitation standards
What We’re Looking For
Line cook experience preferred
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Strong knife skills and station awareness
Positive attitude and team mentality
ServeSafe Food Handler Certified or ability to achieve within 30 days of hire
