Position Purpose
Define, implement, and monitor the HSE policy (Health, Safety, Security, Environment, and Energy) in line with strategic priorities. Ensure site compliance with French regulatory requirements, Tenneco Group standards, and ISO certifications (14001, 45001, 50001). Fluency in both French and English is mandatory.

External: Authorities, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, auditor
Required Skills & Knowledge
In-depth knowledge of health, safety, environment, and energy regulations and standards
Understanding of equipment, workstations, and associated risks
Proficiency in audit techniques
Strong writing and communication skills; ability to lead meetings
Proficiency in office tools
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the HSE team members
Define, monitor, and analyze performance indicators; propose improvement actions
Ensure environmental compliance
Monitor regulatory changes and implement compliance actions
Apply HSE rules and requirements from authorities and the Group
Manage HSE documentation
Investigate workplace accidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
Perform HSE reporting to the Group database and regulatory authorities
Lead the CSSCT with the Site Director
Conduct internal audits and audits at other Tenneco sites
Train and raise employee awareness on risk prevention
Set objectives for team members and monitor achievement
Conduct performance reviews and professional development interviews
