Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Door-to-Door Construction Sales Representative to generate new business by canvassing residential neighborhoods. This role involves engaging homeowners, identifying their construction or renovation needs, and setting appointments or closing sales for services such as roofing, remodeling, or other construction-related projects.
Responsibilities:
Canvass assigned neighborhoods by going door to door to introduce company services
Engage homeowners in a professional and friendly manner
Educate customers on available construction solutions and promotions
Identify potential projects and qualify leads
Set appointments for inspections, estimates, or consultations
Present basic sales information and close deals when applicable
Accurately record customer information and follow up as needed
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
Maintain knowledge of company products, pricing, and services
Represent the company with integrity and professionalism
Work closely with sales managers and project teams to ensure smooth customer experience
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Ability to walk and stand for extended periods in various weather conditions
Reliable transportation and smartphone
Sales or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
