Job Overview & Responsibilities:
The Field Service Engineer provides on-site technical support for Tetra Pak filling machines, ensuring optimal performance of packaging materials across customer sites in the ASEAN region. This role focuses on troubleshooting, machine optimization, and maintaining high efficiency, quality, and compatibility between packaging materials and filling lines.
Key responsibilities include delivering technical service at customer sites, adjusting machine parameters, conducting performance tests and follow-ups, and supporting preventive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives. The role works closely with packaging material and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and stable operations.
Required Skills & Experience:
Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering
Mandatory hands-on experience with Tetra Pak filling machines
Strong technical troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively across ASEAN countries
Fluency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken
Valid passport and relevant visas for regional travel
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with downstream equipment is an advantage
