Digital Experience Solutions Developer

We are seeking a motivated MidLevel IT Professional with hands-on experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud, frontend web technologies (CSS, JavaScript), and modern digital experience design. In this role, you will develop, customize, and maintain customerfacing and internal portals that enhance user engagement, streamline operations, and support organizational digital transformation initiatives.

This is a Hybrid position so consultant must be local to Columbus, OH and willing to convert full time without visa sponsorship need.

Pay Range: $70/hr W2

What's the Job?

Build, configure, and maintain Experience Cloud sites, portals, and communities.

Customize Experience Builder pages, components, and templates to meet business needs.

Integrate Salesforce CRM data into custom experiences using declarative tools and Lightning components.

Configure rolebased access, permissions, sharing models, and user profiles for Experience Cloud users. What's Needed?

6-8 years of experience in IT, software development, or Salesforce ecosystem roles.

Hands-on experience building or supporting Salesforce Experience Cloud sites.

Strong proficiency in CSS, JavaScript, and HTML.

Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWCs) or Aura Components.

Familiarity with Salesforce configuration (objects, flows, permissions, CMS, etc.).

Understanding of responsive design and web accessibility standards.

Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred skills:

Salesforce Certifications such as:

Experience Cloud Consultant

Platform App Builder

JavaScript Developer I

Experience with Salesforce CRM, Service Cloud, or Sales Cloud.

Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools (Mulesoft, Boomi, etc.).

UI/UX design awareness or experience working alongside design teams.
