CRA/FRB - Intern job duties
The successful Analyst will conduct data validation and analyses in preparation of the Bank's 2026 Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Examination, including:
Compile 2023 through 2025 economic lending conditions related to mortgages, small businesses and commercial real estate transactions to incorporate into Performance Context.
Collect statistics on employment and housing within the Bank's assessment area
Confirm Community Development Services and Qualified Grants data for submission during the Examination.
Review data related to applicable Community Development activities, including identifying an organization's mission statement and geocoding organization's address
Add employees' title and role to the Community Development Services tracker
Education, Skills, and Experience Requirements for Interns:
Current undergraduate rising Junior or Senior enrolled in an accredited college or university who is pursuing a degree in related field and has an interest in the banking/financial services industry
Resourceful, enthusiastic, and proactive
Highly organized
Demonstrated strong attention to detail
Experience creating and delivering presentations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Ability to learn quickly and solve problems
Strong analytical skills
Collaborative and inclusive team player
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
The estimated salary range for this position is $21.00USD to $23.00USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
