Sterile Processing Technician Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sterile Processing Technician
Knowledge of sterilization techniques, infection control, and hospital protocols
Ability to work evening shifts with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Sterile Processing Technician certification preferred
Healthcare Responsibilities
Clean, sterilize, and prepare surgical instruments and medical equipment
Maintain accurate records of sterilization and infection prevention processes
Inspect and assemble instrument trays for surgical procedures
Follow hospital protocols for infection control and patient safety
Collaborate with surgical and nursing staff to ensure timely delivery of sterile supplies
