SEC Reporting Manager

Description We are looking for an experienced SEC Reporting Manager to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas.

In this role, you will oversee crucial aspects of financial reporting and corporate accounting, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and delivering accurate financial insights.

This is a long-term contract position, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of a dynamic and fast-paced organization.

Responsibilities: - Manage month-end and year-end close processes, including preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts.

- Oversee corporate accounting activities, implementing and maintaining robust processes and controls.

- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and packages for internal stakeholders.

- Collaborate with finance leadership to ensure accurate reporting of profit and loss statements and balance sheets.

- Support audit schedules and ensure compliance with SEC reporting requirements.

- Drive process improvements within accounting operations to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

- Maintain adherence to GAAP standards while ensuring timely financial reporting.

- Provide expertise in financial reporting systems and tools to streamline accounting procedures.

Requirements - Extensive experience in corporate accounting, including month-end close processes.

- Proficiency in SEC reporting and financial reporting standards.

- Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting principles.

- Familiarity with audit schedules and the ability to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills to manage complex financial data.

- Experience with financial reporting tools and systems.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership.

- Prior experience in a similar role or comparable accounting environment preferred.
