Reliability Engineer

The Technical Part:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and five (5) years of exposure in Reliability activities within the Pharmaceutical Industry.

Bilingual: Spanish and English.

Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.

Experience in:

Preventive Maintenance Optimization.

Dry Product

Reliability, Maintenance, and Engineering.

Revision of Job Plans, Data Sheet, and SOP.

Utilities and facilities.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

Collect, Compile, and analyze information from manuals, iterations with the suppliers, specifications; training; systems.

Gained hands-on experience in pharmaceutical dry product operations (such as tablets or capsules) ensuring equipment reliability.

Participated in qualification and validation support (IQ/OQ/PQ) of new and existing dry product equipment and systems.

Create Maintenance Tasks and Data Sheets. Interact closely with maintenance technicians to identify opportunities.

Develop or Review job Plans using the CMMS system. Upload equipment information into the CMMS system.

Evaluate and define spare parts requirements and bill of materials.

Define Inventory Strategies.

Design and develop Preventive Maintenance Procedures / Training.

Support the development of an equipment Maintenance Strategy.
