WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Java development. This role is a pure backend Java position, and the successful candidate will work on a national healthcare integration project.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the rollout of technical solutions across teams, with a focus on stability and standardization.

Help define and implement SOPs, processes, and best practices for deployment and operational readiness.

Collaborate on containerization and infrastructure setup (e.g., Docker, CI/CD pipelines).

Act as a key point of support for cross-functional teams during rollouts and technical transitions.

Contribute to DevOps-style automation and system improvements, while still applying your development background.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (architects, analysts, testers) to design, develop, and deploy backend Java solutions in a healthcare context.

Contribute across all stages of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

Develop and maintain Java applications and services that meet high standards of scalable, secure, and high-performance.

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide robust support through all phases of project delivery.

Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in the healthcare and software development fields to make informed recommendations and decisions.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Java development with a backend focus.

Expertise in Java programming, with a focus on the Spring Framework (e.g., Spring Boot, Spring Security).

Strong proficiency in Java 17 is preferred.

Experience with healthcare integration standards and technologies such as FHIR and HL7 is highly desirable.

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Strong knowledge and experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.

Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices is a plus.

Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
