About the Role The Envelope Machine Adjuster works on 527, 627, & Ra envelope folding machines.

Youll set up and operate a variety of envelope folding machines to meet customer specifications while maintaining high-quality standards.

In addition to adjusting and operating your own machine, youll also step in to assist other adjusters as needed to keep production moving efficiently.

Duties & Responsibilities Set up and adjust folding machines to meet customer specifications.Maintain quality standards for folding, printing, and gumming.Troubleshoot, perform minor repairs, and keep accurate maintenance records.Work closely with operators and adjusters to ensure production goals are met.Keep machines clean, safe, and running smoothly.Support team members and communicate effectively across shifts.

What Were Looking For High School Diploma or GED (required)1 - 2 years experience as an Envelope AdjusterAbility to read a ruler and use basic math skillsMechanical experience (machine adjusting or mechanics preferred).Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.Ability to lift 5070 lbs.

and work at heights up to 15 ft.
