Retail Manager Subway Spearwood

Location: Spearwood, WA 6163

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $77,000 p.a. + Superannuation

service? We are looking for an energetic and experienced Retail

Manager to lead our team at Subway Spearwood. If you thrive in a fastpaced environment and have a "guest-first" mentality, we want to hear from you!

The Role

ensure 100% compliance with Subway® brand standards and food safety regulations.

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor staff. Manage

rostering to ensure optimal coverage during peak periods while

controlling labor costs.

Financial Management: Monitor sales performance, manage

cash handling/banking, and analyse weekly inventory reports to

minimize wastage and maximize profitability.

Inventory Control: Manage stock levels, place orders with

suppliers, and conduct weekly stocktakes.

Customer Experience: Maintain a high standard of service,

handle customer feedback professionally, and ensure the

restaurant is always clean and welcoming.

Marketing: Implement in-store marketing campaigns and

local store marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic.

WHS Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment for all

employees and customers by following all Work Health and

Safety procedures.

What We’re Looking For

the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and

develop a diverse team.

Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional

demeanor.

A "can-do" attitude and the flexibility to work a rotating

roster including some weekends.

Solid understanding of P&L, stock control, and labor

management.
