Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Network Administrator to oversee and manage network systems for a leading telecom services organization in Powell, Ohio. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to design, maintain, and optimize advanced network solutions while ensuring smooth and secure connectivity across the company’s infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and the ability to troubleshoot complex network challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain Cisco routers to ensure seamless network operations.

• Optimize network architecture for scalability and security.

• Manage Active Directory operations, including user account maintenance and system permissions.

• Conduct regular assessments of network infrastructure to enhance reliability and efficiency.

• Collaborate with team members to develop and execute network improvement strategies.

• Provide technical support and solutions for network-related challenges.

• Document network configurations and updates for reference and compliance purposes.

• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements.• Proven experience with Cisco routers and networking systems.

• Strong knowledge of network design principles and architecture.

• Expertise in managing and optimizing Active Directory environments.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues.

• Familiarity with scalable network architecture and security protocols.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Effective communication skills for collaboration and documentation.

• Relevant certifications in networking or IT are preferred.
