About the Opportunity:
Join a leading player in the aviation and aerospace industry as a KC-46 Program Operations Coordinator. Our client is seeking a detail-oriented, junior-level professional to support the daily administrative and operational needs of the prestigious KC-46 Pegasus program. This on-site role in Columbus, Ohio, offers direct exposure to program operations, asset management, logistics coordination, and leadership support. Responsibilities:
Support the Vice President of Commercial Sales, KC-46 Asset Manager, and program team with essential administrative tasks and follow-ups.
Enter, update, and maintain data in ERP systems related to orders, assets, and schedules.
Organize and maintain program files, documents, and key dates.
Coordinate with internal teams, including Logistics, Finance, and Purchasing, to ensure smooth program execution.
Assist the Asset Manager with administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
Track purchase orders, shipments, and manage internal documentation.
Execute general administrative and coordination tasks to ensure smooth program operations.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or coordination role (internships applicable).
Proficiency in Excel:
Intermediate: Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, IF/SUMIF functions, and basic charting.
Advanced: Advanced formulas (OFFSET, INDIRECT), complex data modeling, interactive dashboards, Power Query/Power Pivot, and data simulation.
Experience with ERP systems or similar business systems.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Effective communication skills and ability to work well with diverse teams.
Willingness to learn and grow within a program-focused environment.
