Production Planner requires:

• Production planning

• MRP

Production Planner duties:

• Executes manufacturing production plans using MRP, coordinating materials, schedules, and engineering changes across teams to ensure on-time delivery of capital equipment products.

• Create Bills of Material (BOMs) from MRP when required

• Plan inventory levels to prevent shortages and excess inventory

• Implement Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), including issuing changes to the shop floor and coordinating updates for jobs in progress and materials on order or in stock

• Close production orders and ensure costs are accurately captured

• Review open orders, backorders, and forecast data to identify and resolve potential issues
