Patient Care Coordinator / Office Receptionist

Location: Remus, MI

Schedule: 4 Days Per Week (Flexible)

We are a small, happy, and efficient team looking for a friendly and organized individual to be the "face" of our office. As the first and last person our patients see, your role is vital in ensuring they feel welcomed, cared for, and valued from the moment they walk through our door.

What You’ll Be Doing

You don’t need to be an eye care expert on day one—we are happy to train the right person! Your primary focus will be:

Creating an "Impressive" Experience: Greeting patients warmly and ensuring they are comfortable.

Communication: Managing incoming calls with efficiency and a calm demeanor.

Office Flow: Handling mail, scheduling, and providing administrative support to our clinical staff.

Patient Advocacy: Being an authentic, caring presence for people in our community.
